Cenlar FSB has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Allison Batts (pictured) as vice president of executive client management.
Batts will work closely with Cenlar’s client management team to improve and enhance the delivery of its services. Before joining the mortgage loan subservicer, Batts held various roles at Mr. Cooper, most recently as managing vice president of client delivery. Before Mr. Cooper, she worked at HSBC Finance as VP of operations and governance in the bank’s corporate affairs North America division.
In its press release, Cenlar described Batts as a “transformational leader with a passion for innovation, process reengineering, and devising strategies to accelerate growth through organizational optimization, focused on leading employees, enhancing the client experience, and driving organizational growth.”
